Sustainable and successful business activities are based on integrity and transparency.In accordance with local laws, we are committed to operating honestly and fairly in all our activities. These laws include:

Any employee may report any ethical concerns to the Human Resources department or directly to senior management without fear of retaliation.

Global Labor Standards

Understanding and managing the impact of the working environment on the company is a major challenge for DIP Group. DIP Group is committed to complying with the following rules and requires all suppliers and partners to make the same commitment.

  • Child labor

    Child labor is prohibited and the minimum employment age must comply with local laws.

  • Forced labor

    Any form of forced labor is prohibited, including human trafficking.

  • Freedom of association

    Employees should be able to communicate openly with management about working conditions without fear of retaliation, threats, or harassment. In accordance with local laws, employees should have the right to freely associate, join unions, seek representation, and participate in works councils.

  • Harassment and discrimination

    Any form of harassment or discrimination against employees is unacceptable. This includes, but is not limited to, sex, race, color, disability, veteran status, union membership, political belief, national origin, religion, age, pregnancy, or sexual orientation.

  • Wages and benefits

    Wages and benefits should be competitive and comply with local laws, including those related to minimum wage, overtime, and statutory benefits.

  • Working hours

  • Health and safety

    Work equipment should be designed to avoid any risk of injury and meet or exceed local laws and standards. Employees should work in a safe and healthy environment that meets or exceeds occupational safety and health standards. After any accident, a detailed analysis should be conducted to prevent recurrence. Risk analysis should be conducted to identify potential risks of accidents, and continuous improvement plans should be implemented.

Environmental Responsibility

DIP Group is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle. All manufactured products, as well as all materials and substances used during their use, must meet environmental standards for design, development, sales, use, disposal, or recycling. All of our production facilities are ISO 14001 certified. Within this framework, we are committed to developing a comprehensive approach, including but not limited to:

  • Compliance with regulations
  • Reduction in energy consumption
  • Proper waste management
  • Pollution prevention
  • Risk analysis and continuous improvement to reduce risks
  • Employee training
