Research and Development

In product design and technical development, Diptronics possesses extensive experience and expertise, with the ability to tackle various technical challenges and drive innovation, particularly in developing new technologies for handheld devices and automotive switches.


We provide customized R&D services based on customer needs, developing high-performance products that align with market trends and technical requirements.


Using SolidWorks for precise design, we promote digital transformation by implementing PDM (Product Data Management) systems for efficient data management. With MSC and CAE software for design simulation, we ensure product performance and safety. 3D printing technology also shortens development time, allowing for diverse small-batch prototyping to meet specific customer needs.

Raw Material

Precision Machining

Diptronics Group's machining center is equipped with various high-precision processing equipment, including CNC wire-cutting EDM machines, precision EDM machines, CNC machining centers, and optical projection grinding machines. These tools are capable of accurately producing key components required for the manufacturing of molds, machines, and jigs. Our precision equipment not only ensures high-accuracy machining but also effectively shortens production cycles, improving overall efficiency.

To maintain full control of the production process, the group implements strict management of key machining equipment, ensuring stability and reliability at every stage of production. Leveraging advanced CNC technology and extensive experience, we can adapt to diverse production demands, providing efficient and reliable solutions while ensuring that product quality meets the stringent standards of our customers.

Plating

Certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, we specialize in continuous nickel-gold and nickel-silver plating, as well as barrel plating for copper, nickel, tin, gold, and silver. In addition, we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability, making substantial investments in water resource recycling to reduce industrial water discharge and treat wastewater to Class A standards.

We use electroplating chemicals sourced from leading global suppliers to ensure consistent product quality. For customized requirements, we work closely with clients to develop the most suitable plating processes, helping them achieve cost savings.

Established in 2011, our group operates electroplating plants in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, and Hung Yen, Northern Vietnam, equipped to handle a wide range of electroplating orders.

Metal Stamping

The group is equipped with 44 continuous stamping machines, with tonnage capacities ranging from 10 to 80 tons. Among these, 39 are high-speed Japanese-made machines, capable of achieving a maximum production speed of 2000 strokes per minute (SPM) and processing material thicknesses as thin as 0.025 mm.

We provide fully integrated services, including product structure development, mold design and development, assembly, mold testing, sample delivery, and mass production of both discrete and continuous strip components. This ensures strict adherence to customer delivery schedules while enabling rapid sample delivery to meet time-sensitive demands.

Plastic Injection

The group is equipped with 130 plastic injection molding machines, with tonnage ranging from 20 to 100 tons, 87% of which are precision Japanese injection molding machines. It has 33 micro-molding injection machines capable of producing highly precise components with thicknesses down to 0.045mm, along with 4 silicone molding machines dedicated to producing the silicone parts required by the group.

The design team has an average of 12 years of experience, covering the full process from product structure development, mold design and assembly, mold testing, and sample delivery, to mass production, all completed in-house. Both discrete and continuous strip production can be handled using horizontal injection machines, enhancing equipment flexibility and versatility, and ensuring the fulfillment of customers' delivery needs.

LED Assembly

As one of the few professional switch manufacturers with LED packaging production lines, the group established a 300,000-class cleanroom production line with constant temperature and humidity control at its Suzhou factory and officially commenced production of LED assembly in 2010.

We focus on independent R&D and the production of various LED components. Following semiconductor-grade packaging processes, we utilize high-standard materials and equipment from leading industry brands to provide customers with high-quality or customized illuminated switch solutions.

Automated Assembly

Diptronics independently develops and designs automated equipment, providing efficient and stable production solutions. Established in 1990, the automation department specializes in designing and developing custom equipment and molds for switch products.

Quality Assurance

Diptronics is committed to excellence in quality management and sustainability. In addition to ISO 9001 certification, we have obtained the automotive industry's prestigious IATF 16949:2016 certification, ensuring consistent, high-standard production capabilities. We are also certified under ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 14064-1 for greenhouse gas management, reflecting our dedication to reducing our carbon footprint and achieving sustainable development goals.

To ensure products meet international standards, Diptronics operates an advanced quality inspection lab equipped with precision instruments, including EDS energy dispersive spectrometers, SEM scanning electron microscopes, X-ray imaging systems, thermal analysis instruments, FT-IR infrared spectrometers, and XRF testing machines. These tools enable in-depth material analysis and product testing, ensuring reliability and consistency at every production stage, and meeting our customers' stringent quality requirements.
