The group is equipped with 130 plastic injection molding machines, with tonnage ranging from 20 to 100 tons, 87% of which are precision Japanese injection molding machines. It has 33 micro-molding injection machines capable of producing highly precise components with thicknesses down to 0.045mm, along with 4 silicone molding machines dedicated to producing the silicone parts required by the group.

The design team has an average of 12 years of experience, covering the full process from product structure development, mold design and assembly, mold testing, and sample delivery, to mass production, all completed in-house. Both discrete and continuous strip production can be handled using horizontal injection machines, enhancing equipment flexibility and versatility, and ensuring the fulfillment of customers' delivery needs.
